Cloud9 signs an important sponsorship contract with AT&T

Cloud9 claims to “go for more” after getting one of its most significant sponsorships.

It is becoming increasingly common for large companies in various fields to identify the potential in electronic sports and especially in the most winning teams in various tournaments of different games. In this context one of the most important names is that of Cloud9, who have just specified a sponsorship that augurs great things to this already very famous team.

A few hours ago Cloud9 just made official an alliance with one of the most important telecommunications companies, as is the case of AT&T. A deal that undoubtedly brings much to gain for both parties, especially for this team, which from the same announcement are sure that they can continue to aspire to the highest, both competitively and in the creation of content.

Among the novelties announced by the organization is the production of a series called “The Nines”, in which AT&T is listed as a sponsor and which will address all the details of the team in its various divisions and competitive results. As well as some related news.

About the significant event, Jack Etienne, CEO and owner of Cloud9 said the following:

“Teaming up with a company like AT&T, which always prides itself on being at the forefront, is a tremendous milestone for the entire Cloud9 organization as a whole. With what they bring to us we will be able to bring fans much more. More content, more access, more memes and more titles. I can’t wait to see the amazing things we’ll do together.”

After closing this agreement, AT&T joins the very wide range of sponsors of Cloud9, which also has among its partners HyperX, Twitch and Red Bull. It should also be noted that despite the strident news, this company is an old acquaintance of electronic sports, since it already has some important agreements with the major league of NBA 2K and the well-known Electronic Sports League (ESL).
